Too young for a tablet?
In Europe there is a growing interest in understanding the conditions which support children in being resilient and aware citizens of the world. Such conditions depend on parents’ studies, economic possibilities and social status.
In particular, there is a strong liaison between social dis-empowerment & digital difficulties. Hence, the so-called digital native is substantially an invention.
