Coding for life skills
This project is an-going activity of Polygonal and it aims to teach coding in the schools in rural areas for students, young migrants, and very young pupils. We use coding as a tool for educational purposes, touching different types of issues, such as European identity, gender identity and intercultural dialogue. Basically, our approach is to play for change. Without going into too complex discussions, we involve kids in learning coding while competing on learning new concepts. Only in this way, we can make young people break their prejudices and to socialise different values and perspectives through activities that can develop also their digital skills.
Coding for intercultural dialogue
To do so, we have re-adapted and set up a board game for coding that can be used in the schools through the facilitation of a teacher or a tutor. You can check it out accessing on our e-learning platform.

Coding for any educational objective
Coding is fundamental to develop strategical and problem-solving skills among young people. And not only. We are extending our activities also to a more adult target group embedding the group work in digital financial literacy.
